In an effort to meet the need for a local competitive league, SSA will organize, host and administer a league for local classic and competitive teams.

League Structure:

    U9/U10  6v6, 11 player max

    U11/U12  8v8, 13 player max

    U13/U14  11v11, 18 player max

    FIFA Laws of the Game with age group specifications

Separate Boy and Girl leagues.

8 games per season at Sunflower Soccer Fields (Games played on weeknights and weekends to allow for area tournament play)*Possible minimal travel to surrounding towns including but not limited to Lawrence and no farther than Manhattan.

Cost:

League fees:

U09/U10 8 games $600/team, 4 games $300/team

U11/U12 8 games $700/team, 4 games $350/team

U13/U14 8 games $900/team, 4 games $450/team

Registration Fees:

KSYSA Yearly Reegistration Fee is $13/player, $10/coach

Coaches are to collect individual registration forms and turn in as a group with team registration.

Uniforms:

Uniforms are provided by the teams.  Teams can order through Score Sports; contact the Sunflower Soccer Office to recieve their contact information.
