Registration for Recreational Play

Fall 2010 Registration Form
Please click the above link for a registration form.  Registration forms will be accepted after the deadline and children will be placed on teams as space allows.  
  
Soccer Year
Fall Season - Begins late August and runs through October.  The registration deadline is in early July.  

Spring Season - Begins early March and runs through April.  The registration deadling is in early January.   Players receive participation medals at the conclusion of the spring season.  
               
Formation of Teams
Teams are formed based on the school your child will or does attend or his/her neighborhood.  However it is not always possible to place your child on that team despite the best effort.  Players may not request a coach and a coach may not request that a player be place on his/her team.  A player may request to play with a friend.  The only player guaranteed a spot on a coach's team is the head coach's child.  Please note the coach chooses the practice location and time.  


Age Divisions
Sunflower Soccer provides recreational league play for U5 (4 years old by July 31st) - U14 (13 years old by July 31st) players
                    U5- U6 play 3 v 3
                    U7 -U10 play 6 v 6
                    U11 - U12 play 8
                    U14 - COED - play 8 v 8 or 11 v 11 depending on number of players that register
